Arbois Trousseau 2022 - Domaine Rolet 75cl

Domaine Rolet's Arbois Trousseau 2022 is an authentic red wine from the Jura region, made from 100% Trousseau grapes. This local grape variety thrives in the terroirs of Montigny-lès-Arsures, on the slopes of Chagnon and Leuvrin, as well as in Arbois, in the Montesserin area. These plots, which face mainly west and south, benefit from soils rich in iridescent marl and chaille clay, ideal for Trousseau.

This Trousseau is best served between 13 and 15°C and can be enjoyed now or over the next five years. It pairs perfectly with game in cranberry sauce, red meats, or even red fruit desserts, where it reveals all its finesse and fruity nuances.
