Who am I?

I am a young thirty-something who loves fine wines. An entrepreneur at heart, I began my career in Asia in the import-export of wine. It was in 2019 that I came up with the idea for Cave de Gaël. The initial ambition was to offer careful and relevant selections; my family motto could be "No Château, but a palace." Indeed, there is no question here of going all-out branded, all-bohemian, or all-natural; we must remain elegant and, above all, pleasure, pleasure!

Apart from my passion for wine, I also really enjoy writing, in an offbeat and provocative tone, so I decided to publish humorous articles on the theme of wine to entertain you and make the site more lively.
