Grand Regnard Chablis 2024 - Maison Regnard 75cl
Founded in 1860, Maison Régnard is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in Chablis. Located in the heart of the historic village, it has preserved its heritage and expertise through generations. Since 1984, the estate has been managed by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, who perpetuates the elegant and distinctive style of the house wines.
Chablis Grand Régnard is made from vines approximately thirty years old, planted in Upper Jurassic clay-limestone soils, typical of the appellation. The grapes are harvested by hand, then carefully pressed before undergoing malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which softens the natural acidity of the Chardonnay while preserving its aromatic purity.
The wine is pale yellow with golden highlights. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, fresh fruit, and flint. On the palate, the wine impresses with its precise minerality, chiseled freshness, and a delicately buttery finish, a signature of the Régnard style.
A Chablis of great finesse, to be enjoyed now or after a few years of aging. It will perfectly complement seafood, grilled fish, or poultry in cream sauce.
