Mélanie Pfister's Muscat Ottonel Kamm 2023 comes from a plot located on the lower slopes of Odratzheim, on sandy loam soils with deep limestone bedrock, protected from winds and spring frosts. After a period of 10 years without growing Muscat, the estate decided to replant Muscat Ottonel, resuming production in 2002. This wine offers a veritable explosion of aromas on the nose, reflecting the finesse and characteristic aromas of the Ottonel variety.
