Ladoix Rouge 2022 - Capitain Gagnerot 75cl

Capitain Gagnerot's Ladoix Rouge 2022 Bio is a 100% Pinot Noir wine produced from limestone, clay, and flint-rich soils. Harvesting is done manually, with sorting and destemming, before fermentation in open vats for 15 days, accompanied by two punch-downs per day at the beginning of the process. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 13 months, with only 10% new oak.

This wine has a brilliant vermilion color, a subtle nose with aromas of raspberry and cherry, and a round, flattering palate. It pairs perfectly with fine charcuterie, pies, rabbit, or freshwater fish. Best served at an ideal temperature of 15°C.
