The Other Way 2022 - Domaine Haut Ventenac 75cl

L'Autrement presents itself as a new interpretation of Bordeaux, almost making one forget its origins. This sulfite-free wine, made from a balanced blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc, offers a pure profile, with crisp, indulgent fruit, while displaying beautiful depth. Versatile, it lends itself equally well to meals and aperitifs, appealing to a wide audience.

Upon tasting, the nose reveals aromas of black fruits and floral notes, with a frank and delicious bouquet. The palate is straight and taut, moderately dense but well-structured, with a nice length. The fine and elegant tannins provide a pleasant finish.

This wine is the result of a plot-by-plot selection, without the addition of sulfites or additives, and has benefited from 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats. L'Autrement is thus an invitation to discover a different side of Bordeaux.
