The Petit Chablis de tous les jours is the estate's first certified organic cuvée, distinguished by its ability to compete with more prestigious Chablis. This wine reveals the expression of Portland limestone terroirs, offering iodized notes and a chiseled texture that invite tasting.

Its clear, bright color heralds a wine full of freshness, while the nose unfolds typical Chardonnay aromas, blending floral and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with a nice length, ideal for accompanying fresh oysters or as an aperitif.
