Magnum Amativo 2021 - Cantele 150cl

Cantele's 2021 Amativo Magnum is an Italian red wine from Puglia, a harmonious blend of Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes. It stands out for its intense ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, this wine offers powerful aromas of ripe red fruits, such as black cherry and plum, combined with notes of vanilla, spice, and a hint of chocolate, thanks to its oak aging. On the palate, the Amativo is rich and structured, with silky tannins and a nice acidity, balanced by a subtle sweetness. It ends with a long, lingering finish, marked by flavors of candied fruit and sweet spices.

Ideal with grilled meat dishes, mature cheeses, or as an accompaniment to a spicy pasta dish. Serve between 16 and 18°C ​​to fully enjoy its aromas.
