Champagne Besserat de Bellefon Rosé Brut 75cl
The Rosé Brut de Besserat de Bellefon is crafted by our Cellar Master, Cédric Thiébault, who sources his wines from the most prestigious villages in Champagne. This iconic cuvée is based on a unique production process, passed down since 1930. The House favors a reduced use of tirage liqueur, which results in a light and airy mousse that is smooth, creamy, and persistent. It's also worth noting that the Rosé Brut has not undergone malolactic fermentation.
The Rosé Brut cuvée is a true celebration for the senses. Its delicate, chiffon-like pink color gently and lightly caresses the palate. On the nose, it reveals generous and refined aromas of small red fruits, enhanced with notes of redcurrant jelly and almond. On the palate, the finish is indulgent, invigorating, and subtly spicy.
To accompany this delicate champagne, it pairs perfectly with a foie gras skewer on gingerbread, roasted jumbo shrimp with orange and grenadine juice, or even lightly roasted Guilvinec langoustines, for a truly refined culinary experience.
