Laudria Blanc 2020 - Domaine Mondange 75cl

This Vermentinu, produced by Laura & Andria, seduces with its expressive aroma and character faithful to the grape variety. Its nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit, blended with light buttery touches. On the palate, it is immediately fresh with notes of citrus, pear, and a subtle hint of vanilla. The finish is balanced and persistent, inviting you to return.

Made from vines averaging 25 years old, trained in the Royat cordon and harvested manually at dawn, it is vinified with care: direct pressing, settling at 10°C, and fermentation shared between concrete vats and foudres, before aging in wood and concrete. Best enjoyed between 10 and 12°C, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to moments of sharing and happiness.
