Laudria Rouge 2020 - Domaine Mondange 75cl

Domaine Mondange's 2020 Laudria Rouge is a Mediterranean wine with a strong character. Its nose is marked by aromas of red fruits, spices, and black fruits. On the palate, these characteristic notes are echoed with surprising freshness and good length for its young age. The finish is balanced and smooth, offering a pleasant "come back for more" feeling.

Made from Sciaccarellu, Grenache, Niellucciu, Minustellu, and Syrah grape varieties, this wine comes from 25-year-old vines cultivated in the Cordon de Royat system. Vinification in concrete vats includes a long vatting process with rack and return, pumping over, and punching down, as well as fermentation at 26-28°C. Best enjoyed between 16 and 18°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to a full meal, enhancing dishes of well-executed cuisine.
