Chardonnay Teresa Manara 2023 - Cantele 75cl
This wine is made from vines pruned using the Guyot trellis system. Harvesting takes place in the second half of August. After gentle pressing, the must is cooled to 10°C to promote natural clarification. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barrels.
Following fermentation, the wine matures on its lees, both in stainless steel vats and in barrels, with a blend of new French oak, as well as second- and third-passage oak. This wine has excellent aging potential, and it is recommended to keep at least three vintages to appreciate its evolution over time.
It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 14°C.
