Arbois Savagnin "Ouillé" 2022 - Domaine Rolet 75cl

The 2022 Arbois Savagnin "Ouillé" from Domaine Rolet is an exceptional white wine, made from 100% Savagnin, the emblematic grape variety of the Jura. Unlike the oxidative tradition of Jura wines, this wine is "ouillé," meaning the barrels are regularly refilled to prevent oxidation. Its color is golden and bright. On the nose, it offers fresh and delicate aromas of white flowers, apple, citrus, as well as mineral and iodine nuances. On the palate, it is vibrant, with beautiful acidity that blends with notes of lemon, quince, and a hint of salt. The texture is both ample and dynamic, with a long, mineral finish.
