Cadireta 2023 - Lafage 75cl

Domaine Lafage's Cadireta 2023 is a bold, sunny white wine from Roussillon. Made primarily from Chardonnay, with a touch of Viognier, it benefits from an exceptional terroir and fermentation in new Burgundy barrels for 20% of the cuvée.

The color is a pale gold with shimmering highlights. On the nose, this 2023 vintage seduces with its delicious aromas of apricot, pear, and citrus, with floral touches and a subtly toasted note, due to the aging. On the palate, Cadireta is both full-bodied and refreshing, with a creamy texture well balanced by a nice acidity. Its finish is persistent and leaves an impression of ripe fruit and vanilla.

Ideally served between 10 and 12°C, this wine goes wonderfully with cheese or charcuterie boards, but also with paella or chicken curry.
