The Blanc de Blancs de Besserat de Bellefon, produced by Cellar Master Cédric Thiébault, comes exclusively from Grands Crus Blanc de Blancs villages. This iconic cuvée, a symbol of the house's "Haute Couture," benefits from a unique and singular production process that has been in place since 1930. By using a reduced quantity of tirage liqueur, the House gives the mousse an airy lightness, as well as a creamy and persistent texture, while avoiding malolactic fermentation. The result is a champagne with intense, mineral, and iodized aromas, where fresh citrus notes herald pure elegance.
