Lieu-Dit "Bardou" 2020 - Laurent Miquel 75cl

Laurent Miquel's Lieu-Dit "Bardou" 2020 is sourced from carefully selected clay-limestone plots, where the grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness. Vinified slowly, it is then aged for fourteen months, half of it in new French oak barrels, which softens the tannins and balances its aromas.

This full-bodied wine reveals intense notes of jammy red fruits, accompanied by spicy nuances. Its structure is powerful yet harmonious, offering a smooth palate experience. After an hour of decanting, it pairs perfectly with grilled meats or fish with strong flavors.
