Laudria Rosé 2023 from Domaine Mondange is an elegant and expressive rosé. Its fruity nose reveals aromas of red fruits, spices, and maquis flowers, demonstrating a beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, this rosé presents a round and fleshy texture with balanced freshness. The attack is lively and full, followed by a delicately spiced, floral, and fruity bouquet.

Made from Sciaccarellu, Grenache, and Vermentinu grape varieties from 20-year-old vines, this wine is carefully crafted: hand-picked in crates in the morning, direct pressing, fermentation between 16 and 18°C, and aging in stainless steel vats. Serve chilled between 10 and 12°C; it pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes and is suitable for all seasons.
