Primizia Rosé 2023 - Domaine Mondange 75cl

Domaine Mondange's Primizia Rosé 2023 is a wine that embodies lightness and conviviality, ideal for festive occasions. With a delicate pink color, this wine is easily accessible, offering subtle, floral aromas. On the palate, it stands out for its liveliness, roundness, and harmony, making it a pleasant choice for all rosé lovers.

This rosé is produced under the IGP Île de Beauté label using grape varieties typical of the region, including Sciaccarellu, Cinsault, and Vermentinu. The vines, with an average age of 20 years, are carefully cultivated using the Royat cordon pruning method, with a controlled yield of 60 hectoliters per hectare. The grapes are mechanically harvested at night to preserve their freshness.

Vinification begins with direct pressing of the entire harvest, followed by settling at 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, between 16 and 18°C, before aging in stainless steel vats which preserves the purity of the aromas.

Recommended to be served slightly chilled between 10 and 12°C, Primizia Rosé is perfect for aperitifs or relaxing moments on the beach with friends. It's a wine that promises to make every moment even more delicious.
