The 2023 Retro - Lafage 1L

La Rétro 2023 is a red wine with a light and bright ruby ​​color, offering a spicy and subtly fruity nose.

On the palate, its suppleness and freshness are balanced with fine spicy notes, giving it a lovely lightness. Produced from late, fresh plots, harvested in October at the bottom of the slopes, it is produced without destemming, with light crushing, short maceration and low extraction to preserve its delicate character.

Ideal with tapas, a rib steak or rabbit with prunes, it reveals all its finesse in gourmet and balanced pairings.
