Ladoix 1er Cru White "Les Hautes Mourottes" 2023 - Captain Gagnerot 75cl

Capitain Gagnerot's Ladoix Blanc 1er Cru "Les Hautes Mourottes" 2023 Bio is a 100% Chardonnay wine, produced from 100% limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by careful sorting and destemming. After a light pressing of around 4 hours, alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels at around 20°C. Aging continues for 6 to 8 months in barrels, 10% of which are new.

This wine is distinguished by its bright, light gold color. Its nose is fresh and mineral, with hints of flint. On the palate, it offers remarkable liveliness and freshness, with great length. It pairs perfectly with delicate fish, as well as fresh or semi-dry goat cheeses. Best served at an ideal temperature of 10 to 12°C.
