Laurent Miquel's Lieu-Dit "La Vérité" 2022 embodies perfectionism dedicated to every stage of production. Sourced from the estate's finest Viognier plots, this wine is harvested at dawn to preserve the grapes' freshness. Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats before aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels, in order to infuse the wood without overpowering the aromas.
