Muscat de Rivesaltes Grain de Vigne 2021 - Lafage 75cl

The 2021 Muscat de Rivesaltes Grain de Vigne, produced by Lafage, is a sweet wine with a pale yellow color and bright green highlights. Its intense nose reveals fresh aromas of pear, apricot, and lychee, inviting the palate to be enjoyed. On the palate, this wine is characterized by its power and beautiful balance, offering a warm and cheerful sensation, enhanced by a pleasant liveliness of citrus notes.

This wine is made from Muscat Petits Grains and Muscat d'Alexandrie grape varieties, grown on vines around 40 years old, cultivated on clay-limestone soils on terraces around Rivesaltes. Harvesting is done manually, with a controlled yield of 30 hl/ha.

To accompany the Muscat de Rivesaltes Grain de Vigne, it pairs ideally with gourmet fruit desserts, but it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif, particularly with foie gras or scallop carpaccio. Its meticulous production, including pressing after 24 hours of maceration and aging on fine lees, guarantees the preservation of its delicate and fresh aromas.
