Sy-rah Family 2021 - Alain Jaume 75cl

The 2021 SY-RAH Familly is a cuvée that combines humor and imagination while highlighting the pure expression of the Syrah grape variety. This wine presents fruity aromas of blackberry and blueberry, enriched with floral scents of violet and menthol, all culminating in a spicy finish of pepper and licorice.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by rapid bottling six months after harvest to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. On the nose, it offers a sweet scent of violet and aromas of black fruits. On the palate, it is smooth, with notes of blackberry and blueberry, and its tannic structure is elegant and silky, while the finish reveals the typical character of the grape variety through peppery and licorice nuances.

This wine can be enjoyed between one and five years after bottling. It can be enjoyed on its own or with charcuterie and grilled meats. For an optimal experience, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16°C.
